Omair Javid
Following a career operating his own pharmacies since 2009, Omair Javed has formed a new premium care and support service provider for the local community with high standards of care and affordable costs. My experience in community pharmacies and dealing with patients' medical care, especially older patients, drew my attention to the wider care sector. In my pharmacy practice, I regularly get indirectly involved with patients' care at various levels, either by liaising with their carer, speaking with relatives or contacting their healthcare provider. I see the next chapter as another way of helping and directing my expertise into the local community.
Marjie Hayles
I have been working in health and social care for 16 years in various roles. During my career, social care has faced many changes and challenges, but the ultimate goal has remained the same; to empower and enhance people's lives as much as possible. The focus is always being person-centred and offering a positive professional service.
Lisa Jacobs
Previously working in retail, after caring for my grandmother, I made the decision to change careers. I have really enjoyed training and becoming a social care assistant with Serenity Specialist Home Care. I enjoy all aspects of the role, caring for clients in their own home and feeling that I contribute to empowering people to remain independent. I am so proud to be a part of the Serenity Specialist team.
